Veg Maggi noodles! A simple Maggi noodles with a lot of mixed vegetables. It is delicious and very easy to make. There will be very a few people who never tried instant noodles in India or any other places where it is available. So probably you do not belong to that category, but in case you belong to that category then this high time to try this, haha.
Though I also wrote about butter Maggi noodles, egg Maggi noodles and cheese Maggi noodles where I shared my stories & thoughts about this wonderful food. But if you do not prefer instant noodles or deep fried noodles then you can definitely have any other types of noodles. I personally also like tofu lo mein, vegetable lo mein or any other types of noodles dishes.
But I still love instant noodles like mixed veg Maggi noodles. There are some situations which are unpredictable and we often face such issues in our life. Suppose your cook did not come and you do not have time to cook, sometimes even you have time but you can not cook. All these may happen in life. Sometimes even you have time & also can make delicious food but you do not want to cook at that moment, haha. Mix veg Maggi noodles are the solution for such issues. Otherwise, you have to order foods from a restaurant. But those are spicy foods so many people will prefer to have Maggi noodle with a lot of mixed vegetables instead of the restaurant made spicy & expensive food.
Veg Maggi noodles recipe
- Instant Maggi noodle - 1 packet
- Ginger - 1 tsp, paste
- Mixed veg - 1 cup (cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, green peas, green beans etc)
- Red chilli - ½ tsp, powder
- Black pepper - pinches of, powder
- Roasted cumin & coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Oil - ½ tbsp
- Salt - as needed
- Water - 1.5 cup
- Heat oil in a pan. add ginger paste & saute, add roasted cumin powder, roasted coriander powder, black pepper powder & red chilli powder too
- Now add finely chopped mixed vegetable & saute for next 2-3 minutes, add pinches of salt too
- Now pour water and wait till it starts boiling
- Then mix Maggi masala and stir to mix properly
- Add Maggi instant noodles and boil till it cooked perfectly and also adjust gravy by further boiling if needed
- Switch off fire & serve hot
