Banana stem fry recipe
Preparation time : 10 minutes

Ingredients
- Banana stem – 300 gm
- Red chilies – 3
- Green chillies -2
- Black cumin seeds – 2 tsp
- Salt – according to taste
- Oil – 0.75 tbsp
Instructions
- Chop banana stems in very small pieces
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add black cumin seeds and red chilies
- Add finely chopped banana stem, also add salt and cook still perfectly fried
- Switch off flame and take fried banana stem in a serving bowl
⇒ If you want little bit juicy then add a cup of water in step 3 and boil till it reaches required quantity of gravy.
