Do you like soy chunks or soy granules? It is used to make so many delicious dishes. It has good food value and it is also said that it can be used as a substitute of meat to some extent. Soy chunks or soy granules fulfills need of protein in your diet. But whatever food value it may have, if food is not tasty then people do not prefer it. So if you make something tasty & spicy with soy granules and serve it with vegetable noodles then it must prefer this.

But why am I calling it as magic soy granules? Is there anything unreal? Then what is the logic behind sharing this if nobody can make this at home. Okay hang on …., let me say that anybody can make this dish anytime at home. But I am saying its magical as a part of its ingredients are same as tomato based chili & garlic sauce – momos chutney, so once you have momos chutney at home, then it will take minimum time to make. You just need to fry chopped onion, then add chili garlic sauce (momos chutney) and stir properly.That’s it, now your masala is ready, so just add soy granules (soaked in water) and cook for sometime. Now your magic soy granules is ready. Is it not so easy?
Now you need to make noodles separately and serve with magic-soy-granules. You are free to add seasonal vegetables in noodles.

Tasty magic soy granules with noodles recipe
- Soy granules - 1 cup
- Chopped onion - 1 cup
- Tomato based chili & garlic sauce / momos chutney - ½ cup
- For noodles :
- Boiled noodles - 2 cup
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp (optional)
- Chopped cucumber - ¼ cup
- Chopped onion - ¼ cup
- Chopped carrot - ¼ cup
- Chopped beans - ¼ cup (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - as needed
- Heat oil in a cooking pan, add chopped onion and fry
- Now add already made tomato based chili garlic sauce (momos chutney) and mix well, now add soy granules (soaked in water for 30 mins) and stir properly to mix all ingredients and cook for another 6-8 minutes
- Take magic soy granules in serving bowl and make noodles now
- Heat that pan again (after cleaning) with oil and add chopped onion and fry, then add boiled noodles and cook for 5 minutes
- Now add chopped vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes, now you can add 1 tsp soy sauce (optional) and mix well
- Switch off flame and serve magic soy granules with noodles
