This is my favourite comfort food. It is really a special meal. But you can have it daily basis. Yes, I am talking about egg biryani, more particularly Kolkata style aloo dim biriyani. No, I did not write biriyani by mistake. In West Bengal, we call it Biriyani instead of biryani. Particularly in Kolkata, here potato and biryani are inseparable.
