Every month, I share a post on this topic to motivate you as well as myself too. Nowadays growing own food is as essential as making own food. You may have doubt on this at this moment. You may think that growing vegetables and fruits is not your cup of tea. But today gardening is not just a hobby, it is more than that. It helps you to reduce your stress because you are spending time with nature. It needs a lot of activities, so it will help you to be physically fit. It also helps you to be healthy by offering you fresh & chemical free (or less chemical) vegetables & fruits. If you are still not motivated then I would say that it is also economically beneficial because at the end of the day, you will get a lot of fresh vegetables.
Though most people do not love gardening because they do not want to make their hands dirty or they are afraid because they think they ca not build a garden. But it is not true because anybody can do gardening with a basic knowledge and a lot of interest.
You just need to add enough compost to the soil and maintain fertility of the soil by applying any liuid fertilizer regularly. I prefer to use mustard cake based liuid fertilizer.
