Paneer masala is one of the favorite dishes of many food lovers. Many people want to have restaurant like taste at home too but can not do so. So here I will share my restaurant like paneer masala recipe and try this at home and share your experience here.
Paneer & rajma are called life line for vegetarian people. If they go to a restaurant to have lunch or dinner, they first order paneer dishes and then check what else can be ordered. 😀 Rajma is another important source of protein for them. Though I am not vegetarian but I often try paneer dishes like shahi paneer, paneer butter masala, paneer pasinda, paneer bhurji etc.
I tried this recipe many places and every time liked it. Though each location and restaurant have little bit variation but all were good. I even asked a restaurant guy for this recipe and he just shared ingredients but not steps to make this dish. However I learned this recipe from various sources and all of them have their own versions. So here I am sharing my recipe with you to make paneer masala at home.

Tomato puree – You can simply cut tomatoes into pieces and blend to paste or boil into water, then remove the skin of tomatoes and blend to paste.
