Paneer butter masala: Most popular paneer based dish. I think there are almost nobody who does not like paneer butter masala. It is a paneer based thick gravy item with extra butter.

Mushroom masala: Another one of the favorite North Indian dishes, particularly in vegetarian dishes. It contains high percentage of proteins. Spicy thick gravy is there.

Chicken tikka masala: This is really super delicious North indian non-vegetarian food. First prepare chicken tikka in tandoor then prepare thick gravy and add those chciken tikka to make chicken tikka masala.

Lamb do pyaza: Extra onion (pyaz) is added here to make this dish yummy. Onion paste and some small onion layers are added to make it. That is why it is named as lamb do pyaza.

Side dishes:

Boondi raita & Mixed raita: Raita can make any normal meal more enjoyable. Is it not true? This is most desirable and one of food popular North Indian side dishes. Little spicy boondi raita is an excellent side dish and very common one too. So mixed veg & fruit raita is preferable.

Plain veg salad  & mixed fruit salad : Another most desirable side dish. Cucumber, onion & tomato based salad with little spice, salt & lemon juice is an excellent salad option. Mixed fruit salad is also desirable. But people love to have this after meal. Some people even enjoy this as a starter.

Desserts:

Gulab jamun: Very soft & aromatic juicy sweet. It is one of my favorite North Indian sweet dishes. I will always prefer this in the food menu of my next party.

Gajar ka halwa: It is basically a pudding based on grated carrot, milk & dry fruits. During winter, it is very desirable sweet dish.

Fruit ice cream: Ice cream is also a good option for dessert menu. Fruit ice cream is always preferable.
