How to make mojito style masala soda lime?

Some of you definitely tried mojito. It is very refreshing drink during summer and available in many famous restaurants & cafes. But masala soda lime is Indian version of mojito. It is also available at local food vendors in major cities. But each vendor may have some sort of uniqueness based on little variation in additional masala or in quantities of the same. So do you want to try mojito style masala soda lime at home too?

Ingredients
  • Soda water : 500 ml
  • Lemon juice : 1.5 tsp
  • Sugar powder : 2 tbsp
  • Mint : 5-6 leaves
  • Chaat masala : 3 tsp
  • Black salt : 1 tsp (optional)
Instructions
  1. Take a jar and add lemon juice and chaat masala
  2. Now add sugar powder & black salt to mix well
  3. Rub mint leaves and add in jar
  4. Now add ½ cup soda water to mix all ingredients, then pour rest soda water
  5. Serve in a glass (garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges)

Masala soda lime recipe

Preparation time : 2-3 mins
Yield : 3 glasses

Ingredients

  • Soda water : 500 ml
  • Lemon juice / nimbu : 1.5 tsp
  • Sugar / sakkar powder : 2 tbsp
  • Mint / pudina : 5-6 leaves
  • Chaat masala : 3 tsp
  • Black salt : 1 tsp (optional)

Steps to follow

  1. Take medium size jar and add lemon juice and chaat masala in that jar
  2. Now add fine sugar powder & black salt and mix well. Use mxer grinder to make sugar powder.
  3. Rub pudina or mint leaves and add in jar
  4. Now add some soda water and mix well, then pour rest soda water
  5. Serve in a glass by garnishing with mint leaves and lemon wedges
