Mixed fruit raita

July 20, 2018 By admin Leave a Comment

Mixed fruit raita is different from any other raita. Though it is still spicy and yogurt based dish but mixed fruits make this raita special. This fruits raita can not only be considered as a side dish, you can have this as perfect delicious dish for breakfast too.

Most raita is delicious when you have this with any other main course items. But this mixed fruit raita itself delicious and can be very enjoyable without any main course food item.

I love to add any available seasonal fruits to this fruits raita and enjoy two-three times a week. But the best time to enjoy this is summer because all the most delicious, aromatic and juicy fruits are available during summer only. Pineapple, mangoes, watermelon etc are best with this fruits raita. The different restaurant serves this with different seasonal fruits.

Delicious mixed fruit raita recipe

This is such a raita what I used to make during summer as my breakfast food. I consider this easiest & simplest way to make breakfast.

A few years back when I first time tried mix fruit raita then actually pineapple raita was served instead of fruits raita. I was so disappointed but as that dish was also delicious and yogurt was so fresh, so I liked it a lot and I also did such raita at home too. The best fruit raita I have ever tried in my life was at Westin Hotel, Goregaon East in Mumbai.
