Mixed dal tadka is an excellent dish for lunch or dinner. This is little spicy but an awesome main course food to have with roti or naan. Different types of lentil are used to make this dish special.

Most of us already tried yellow dal tadka, we have also tried delicious dal fry at a restaurant or even at home. But not all people have tried mixed dal tadka at home. Not only just an ordinary mixed dal tadka, here different types of whole lentils are used.

Delicious mixed dal tadka recipe

So do you like all types of lentil (dal), if not then you can try this kind of mixed dal tadka where you can add varieties lentils and make an awesome dish with little difficulties. Whole green moong dal is not something that I will prefer for my dinner but when it is added to this type of mixed dal tadka then it becomes more delicious.

Mixed dal tadka

Normally I prefer plain yellow colored masoor dal tadka with roti or naan or even with plain rice. But when I want to try something different in dal then it is a great option to try for a perfect meal. But it is not as good as masoor dal tadka with plain rice. Actually, I personally do not like mixed dal tadka with rice. But it is super delicious with naan or roti.
