If you are thinking making vegetable soup at home is very difficult or it will not as tasty as you have tasted in any restaurant, then you are wrong. You can make mix vegetable soup very easily at home and that too delicious and tasty.
Mix vegetable soup recipe
Cooking time : 20-25 minutes
Serves : 3-4 people
Ingredients
- Onion – 1 small size (finely chopped)
- Ginger – 1/2 inch (chopped)
- Garlic – 3-4 (chopped)
- Tomato – 1 small (finely chopped)
- Beans – 2 (chopped)
- Carrot – 2 inch (chopped)
- Potato – half of 1 small size
- Soy sauce – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1 tsp
- Sunflower oil / olive oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt – according to taste
Method
- Heat a cooking pot and add sunflower oil or olive oil
- Now add chopped onion, ginger & garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes
- add other vegetables (tomato, potato, beans & carrot) and fry for 3-4 minutes
- Now add 4 cups water and let it start boiling, boil it for 6-7 minutes
- Now mashed potato with serving spoon (or use a masher)
- Now add soy sauce and cook 5 minutes more
- Pour soup in 3-4 bowls and add black pepper in every bowl
- Serve mix vegetable soup hot
Additional tips
You can add any other seasonal vegetable (like cabbage) in this soup, so try it with your favorite vegetable and enjoy healthy soup every day.

By the way, the amount of soup I made fit perfectly in our Magic Bullet blender and it worked really well in quickly getting the soup silky and smooth.

I am crazy about my crock pot, I use it several times a week! I will be bookmarking this page and trying out some of these recipes because I;m sure my family is getting sick of the same ones over and over.
what a great post! i’ll have to check out that yogurt recipe, i’ve been looking for a good one. i am all about making a whole bunch of dumplings, freezing them, and then steaming or panfrying them whenever i need just one or a few. they usually don’t last very long though
