Mostly salad is a healthy dish and people have this as a side dish. Here mostly raw vegetables are used, otherwise half fried or boiled. Soy granules salad recipe
Preparation time : 15 mins
Cooking time : 20 mins
Serve : 2-3
- Soya granules – 1 cup
- Carrot – 1 medium size
- Capsicum – ½ medium size
- Cucumber – 2 small size
- Tomato – 2 medium
- Onion – 1 small size
- Red chili powder – 1.5 tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Salt – according to taste
- Black salt – as needed
- Oil – as needed
- Soak soya granules in water for 20 minutes and then drain water
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add finely chopped carrot and fry
- Now add chopped capsicum and stir well to fry
- Add soya granules and mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes and add salt
- Spread red chili powder and finely chopped tamato & small pieces of cucumber and switch off flame
- Let it be cooked in warm pan for 3 minutes and spread lemon juice over salad
- Now add finely chopped cucumber and onion and mix well with other ingredients
- You can spread chat masala over salad ( optional) and also add some black salt as needed
- Serve hot or warm
