I was late to share my kitchen garden overview for the month of November 2020. I took a few snaps of my garden throughout the month, mostly at the end of the month. But I could not share it on my blog. But as it is said that it is better late than never, so I am sharing it in the middle of December. November is beginning of winter season, so many of my seasonal vegetable plants started producing flowers & fruits.
There are almost all of my favorite vegetable plants available in my rooftop kitchen garden. If you love eating and want to make various dishes prepared with homegrown vegetables then you should develop a kitchen at your own place.
Whenever you will prepare a dish with fresh vegetables which are harvested from your own kitchen garden will be healthy & tasty. Particularly when you grow vegetables with organic inputs like fertilizer, pesticide, fungicide. PGR etc.
That is why I am growing my own vegetables & fruits. I am growing organically. So I bought all organic products like fertilizer, pesticide, fungicide and PGR.
I am using bio NPK consortia, vermicompost, bone dust, mustard cakes, organic micronutrients Barrix Nutriclick etc as fertilizer.
I am also using organic pesticide like Neem oil & Kaka. I charge neem oil with homemade organic pesticide Dashparni ark or agniastra. It helps to make my plants pest free particularly sucking pest as well as larvae.
Thunders fungicide is also good product what I am using. But you can also use Trichoderma viride as organic fungicide. You can easily buy it from the local market. If it is not available in your locality then you can buy it from the online store.
You should use a PGR to get best result. It will help you to get more vegetables & fruits from your garden. There are many options in organic PGR like IFFCO Sagarika, HPM Super Sonata, Biovita X etc.
So are you also growing organic vegetables in your kitchen garden?
