Bengali style kalo jeera rasoon bhaja – Garlic stir fry

December 20, 2020 By admin Leave a Comment

There are many traditional dishes which are weird but some people love those. Some of those dishes even many people do not want to consider as a normal food item. Rather they call it as medicinal food. But still many people love it. Kalo jeera rasoon bhaja is one of such awesome dishes. I enjoy such stir fried garlic along with nigella seeds a lot. I love to have it with plain rice. Did you ever try that?

I used to have it whenever I had cold in my childhood. But it becomes a delicious dish to me and nowadays during winter season, I often have it with plain.

The strong aroma of fried garlic & nigella seeds (Kalo jeera/ kalonji) make this item so special. so whoever like the flavor & strong smell of those two spices will definitely enjoy it with rice.

If you have encountered with this food earlier then you might have raised your eyebrow. You probably won’t consider it as normal food item. But it is actually very delicious.
