Most of you have already tasted jaljira masala drink. But at the same time, it is also true that you have tasted jaljeera pani or jal jeera soda at a restaurant or a roadside food stall. Some people even use to buy ready-made jaljeera masala powder from the market and prepare such drink at home but very few people actually prepare such jaljira masala drink at home. Reason??? Some people simply do not know the traditional method to prepare delicious & refreshing homemade jaljeera pani or jal jeera soda. Some people even want to always play smart, so they prefer to buy jaljira masala from the market and prepare such drink at home without the hassle.
I have also tried all those. I mean, I have also enjoyed jaljeera pani (even jal jeera soda too) from the roadside stall. I know that those are not always hygienic but still when you are outside during summer days and feel thirsty then sometimes it is very difficult to think about those hygiene factors, haha. I am saying this from my own experience because I did work in Delhi during summer days at various sites where you can not find a decent restaurant. Sometimes you also do not have time to find such decent restaurant or any other place where you can have hygienic water. So you need to take chance and you should hope that those roadside stalls are using hygienic water to make such summer drinks.

If a food or drink is not good then nobody wants to consume it unless doctor recommends it, haha. Is it not true?
Though there are several types of jal jeera and everybody has his own favorite one. Some people love ginger flavor in jaljira whereas some people enjoy tamarind flavor in such masala (spicy) drink. It is often served with soda water instead of plain water. I love both jaljeera pani (water) and jal jeera soda. Both are different in taste. So when I want to enjoy this with my meal then I would prefer jal jeera soda whereas when I do feel thirsty enough and need to drink water in a jiffy then I prefer jaljeera pani, haha.
