What is jaiphal in English meaning?
Myristica fragrans is the scientific name of jaiphal tree. It is known as nutmeg in English.
What is nutmeg?
It is nothing but a seed of the tree. People make powder of the seeds and add it to various recipes. You can buy it whole or powder form. Mace spice is obtained from the same tree.
