Backbencher’s method to increase food blog traffic with Google Plus

May 1, 2017 By admin Leave a Comment

It is not true that whatever we learn in our class room will always be useful in our life, we learn many lessons outside classroom too and some time that knowledge can work to overcome difficult situation. Outside classroom we talk each other, know other people and discover different aspects of human character so closely. You certainly admit this. Okay till you have started thinking that I am talking non sense and absolutely irrelevant things because we should discuss methods to increase food blog traffic with Google Plus. Right? Then let’s discuss some thing meaningful what you want.

Backbencher’s method to increase food blog traffic with Google Plus

Why back-bencher’s method?

I am not SEO master or a SEO professional but so I have read many articles to learn something and increase food blog traffic because this what what I am doing for last few months. But nothing worked significantly. I came to know Google Plus is a great platform and anybody can get huge traffic from Google plus if he or she apply some tricks carefully. I did almost everything to promote my food recipes on Google Plus, initially I thought I would be able to earn some huge traffic but gradually started thinking that I was wrong. I thought again that I was working hard for writing those food recipes then atleast few people should read those. I cooked a lot of food, took snaps and wrote so many recipes but nobody had bother about my effort. So it was a big deal to me that there will be some people who read my recipes and follow my recipes regularly. But how to do so? I was absolutely clueless.

Then dropped all my class room lessons and apply knowledge gained out side my class room. I wanted to draw attention of Google Plus users, so that they would start reading my recipes and start recognizing my work.

So tell me how you will draw attention of somebody special whom you like so much. Show that desperation and act same here too.

  • How to build internal links – Is it critical for your food blog?

Back-bencher’s method to increase food blog traffic

FIRST trick to increase food blog traffic. There are thousands boys and girls in your campus and then your task is, make yourself visible to him or her as much time as possible and show your good things and impress him or her.

Same thing is here with Google plus users. Consider them as real individuals, not virtual people as a group. That means you do not have to be visible all the time to all Google Plus users and share some thing all the time because it is not possible and it also looks spammy, rather target some group of users and reach them repeatedly. Means you have to reach to Mr X or Miss Y again and again with your work with an expectation that oneday Mr. X or Miss Y will notice you. Now you do not know anybody personally on social media. But you know everybody is not active on Google Plus all the time. I mean to say that everybody is active on Google Plus for a particular time because it is their daily schedule. So you do not need to share recipes throughout the day, rather target people who are on Google Plus at 9 AM or 12 noon or 3 PM or 5 PM or 8 PM or any particular time as you think when your target readers will have free time and they can spend time on Google Plus. Freeze your time table according to that and start sharing your recipes only during that time only. I mean you can choose 9 AM, 12 noon and 6 PM then never forget to share something at those times. After that if you want to share any thing at any other time then fine but do not leave those particular times empty, rather share your best content at that time only, MUST and MUST share some thing at those times.

SECONDLY,  never forget that you are using Google Plus which is also a social platform, so it is not good that you beat only your drum. I mean you should share recipes, tips etc written by other bloggers too along with your own food blog posts. Show your kindness, humbleness and honesty that you are there only to praise good content and for self promotion.

THIRDLY, Always remember that machine is boring and human is interesting. So do not act as machine rather show your human character, express emotions and your soulful thoughts. It always helps to impress others.

Few more words on Backbencher’s method

Backbencher’s are naughty and they always disturb whole class. They are actually more interested to learn everything from life. They often find formal classes less worthy than the lessons what they receive outside the class room. Here you need to act like backbencher to impress your target readers and increase food blog traffic. This method is equally effective if you own a blog from other niche.
