A morning starts with delicious & healthy homemade pancakes will make you feel energetic throughout the day. But many of us simply do not know, how to do pancakes, delicious homemade pancakes. So most of the times people eat junk food or waste a lot of time to make something hectic.
That is why many office goers who live outside hometown prefer to do breakfast at restaurant or roadside stall. Mostly those are junk food or costly if you want to eat those daily. When I used to stay in Delhi, I usually prefer to eat same food almost every day or sometimes bread & jam. But you can not eat that month after month, I mean then morning will be so dull & boring. Is it not true?
So pancakes can be a great solution to this problem. Now I do regret because when I used to live alone then I do not know – how to do pancakes. I mean during that time I did not even know what it was actually. I used to try many things during that period. I used to eat fruits, bread or some ready to eat food. I asked somebody to give lunch every morning at my home before leaving for office, so that I can eat one roti in the morning and rest I used in lunch, haha. Those days were awesome, I used to do so many experiments to survive.
But now I know how to do pancakes that too delicious & healthy homemade pancakes of different varieties. Each day I can make the different type of pancakes and enjoy. So nobody will get bored with breakfast if he/she can make delicious fluffy pancakes.
How to do pancakes?
We need all purpose flour, baking powder, milk, fresh cream, egg, essence, salt etc to make yummy traditional pancakes. But we may need some other types of ingredients to make different pancakes. I often prefer to add grated cheese, mashed potatoes, chocolate chips etc. Toppings of such pancakes are very important. I prefer to add fruits as its toppings.
