You must have heard about aloo paratha, gobi paratha, mooli paratha, methi paratha, paneer paratha and also tried some of these parathas too but have you ever tried sattu paratha? It is very healthy and delicious dish. You can enjoy this dish with curd, raita, pickle etc for breakfast or as main course meal.
If you have not heard about sattu then you should know about this. This is nothing but the flour made of ground pulses or cereals (mostly Bengal gram is used to make this). This is very popular in North India, more particularly in Bihar & Jharkhand. But I do not think that you are not unaware about this, otherwise, you won’t land on this page. But still, this basic information will be helpful for the experimental cook who always wants to try something special.
If you have tasted this parantha in various places then you must know that there are different types of sattu paratha what people make according to their taste. I personally tasted such parantha multiple times. But when I make this at home I prefer my magical formula what I always prefer.
