Extra spiced carrot soup, very tasty and easy to make soup

January 12, 2017 By admin Leave a Comment

We often get bored with same vegetable soup, though it is healthy but we want something spicy and untried one. It happens every moment in our life and we always prefer something new and seek for that which is till undiscovered to us. We simply do not prefer similar dresses, same food and even same weekend tour destination repeatedly in our life. Suppose if you love eating a particular biryani but if same biryani is served to you everyday then you will definitely get bored. So change is required. That means even if you do not prefer spicy soup but sometime this extra spiced carrot soup works great and will help to kill your boredom.

This spicy carrot soup is very very easy to make. I just liked this soup so much and often enjoy this at evening. It is spicy, dark in color and full of carrot, nothing else.

Other delicious soups : Creamy mix veg soup, green bean soup, super tasty creamy tomato soup, onion soup, yummy spinach soup, pea soup, special mix veg soup, cauliflower or phool gobi soup etc.

You just need enough finely chopped carrot (as much as you will like), then you can totally concentrate to bring the dark reddish color in soup and add a lot of desi spices. Tomato puree will work great to bring dark reddish color in this extra spiced carrot soup. I prefer to make tomato puree at home but if you do not have time to make tomato puree then buy tomato puree from market and use it.

You need to add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder to add in this soup. Another thing, you need here and that is most important ingredient, schezwan chutney or sauce. Schezwan sauce is actually Chinese flavored Indian chutney and available in any big store. If you do not have schezwan chutney then you can make it at home if you know the recipe. 🙂 But if no option is available to you then take small amount of ginger, garlic, red chilies, onion, soya sauce and black pepper and blend together with some water and use that paste in this soup. Only butter will be used here to make it more delicious and bring mouth watering flavor.

In most cases people who often have soup just before their meal because it is healthy. But this extra spiced carrot soup is not only healthy but also very very delicious. This soup is very different, little more spicy and anybody can make this with little skill in cooking. More interestingly soup is something what is very much essential who live without their family away from this family. Sometime it become difficult to lead healthy lifestyle for them and often spend day or night with junk foods. So here soup may play important role in their life and make practice of having a bowl of soup everyday and live a healthy and happy life. What is your opinion?
