Ohh, now it sounds like romancing with eggless pancakes. Though it is not an Indian food but I like it because it is easy, tasty and healthy. More importantly, it always comes with surprises, I mean it is available in various flavors. Here it is served with hot honey. I like it most because when you heat honey then I can realize the actual taste & strong flavor of honey. Hot honey actually works great with banana flavor, shocked? But yes, here banana is used instead of egg.
I tried these eggless pancakes the day before yesterday morning and it was really very delicious. It tried to write this story on the same day but somehow I could not manage time due to my other works & schedules. But today I had to write it otherwise it would be too late and I might forget many things to share with readers of FC.

Though when I tried pancakes for the first time, it was not that much tasty but gradually after making these several times, now I can make these effortlessly without sacrificing its heavenly taste. The best part of this pancake is, it works for any purpose. I mean it is a great food for breakfast but I like it for my evening snack and sometimes even it becomes my dinner (along with some vegetable salad). Though it is good to have this as a light meal sometimes I find it so tasty & unstoppable then I often eat several pieces of pancakes but eventually, it becomes my meal. Such incidents often happen during evening light meal time when I consume enough eggless pancakes and so no space remains for dinner, haha.
This week, we had a chance to watch under 17 World cup semi-final football match between Brazil & England. It was just a sudden chance because the venue was suddenly shifted from Guwahati, Assam to Yuvabharati Stadium, Kolkata due to heavy rain in Guwahati since last few days. So it authority made this decision just two days before the actual date of the semifinal and within few hours of the announcement, they made tickets available at Rs 100 for all categories. I tried to buy two tickets on that day but there was a huge online traffic and within few hours all reserved tickets sold online, only a few were available from some specific location for those who want to buy tickets by standing in the queue for hours which was not my cup of tea. So a big disappointment. AND I had no other option than watching the match on television. Both teams played fantastic football. Awesome SKILL – POWER – YOUTH ENERGY – BREWSTER HAT-TRICK – CELEBRATION OF JOY – Just enjoyed the match. So next day I made this eggless pancakes served with hot honey to convert disappointment for not getting tickets to happiness. AND it works to some extents. Do you not believe this? Then try this next time, haha.
