How to make desi bael lassi?

You just need to add the pulp of a wood apple to you lassi and whisk it in a mixie. That’s it. It is very simple. Wood apple lassi recipe
- 1 wood apple/bael/bel
- 250 gm curd/yogurt
- 4 glasses of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- Handful cashew nuts, optional
- Pinches of salt
- Take the pulp of the wood apple, then pour it into the water and mix it into the water by using your hand or any other appropriate tool, then strain it to remove seeds and other residual parts, keep its extract aside for further use
- Now take yogurt in a mixing jar
- Add water, sugar, cashew nuts, salt and wood apple extract and mix by using an electric mixer
- Now pour it into glasses and serve with ice cubes
