So if you perform puja etc and believe in rituals then you have definitely seen this fruit & its leaves several times. But did you ever buy this fruit to make lassi or any drink? I think being an urban living person, you have not made such a drink. Is this not true? But village living people often drink this wood apple drink during summer. They eat various fruits, eat fresh fruits & vegetable and live a healthy lifestyle.
Many urban living people drink gallons of juices, milkshakes, lemonade etc from the local juice corner or restaurant and they think they have a healthy diet. But actually, those drinks might be harmful to health. It is because they add sugar water to make those juices, milkshakes delicious and you may think that they have used perfectly ripe fruit what brings sweetness in those drinks. So at the end of the day, you eat more sugar and more sugar means more calorie what can be harmful to you.
