Normally, I love to drink yogurt based drinks, fruit juices, mojito, flavroed sweet soda water etc. But all those are not just water so you can not drink those throughout the day. You will definitely do not want to drink yogurt based drink lassi or chaas (or any other fruit juices & smoothies) throughout the day because then you can not have your meal properly. You will definitely do not drink 8-10 glasses of sweet soda water because that means you are consuming too much amount of sugar in a day. But in case it is just simple water then it will not affect your daily diet plan.

Cucumber lemon water recipe
- 1 medium-size cucumber, cut into slices
- 1 or 2 lemons, cut into thin slices
- 1 glass of chilled water
- Wash cucumber & lemon under fresh running water and cut those into thin slices
- Add those cucumber & lemon slices in a container/flask/glass and pour chilled water into the same
- Now keep it in a refrigerator for at least 1 hour
- Now serve it in a glass and enjoy
Before refilling your container/flask/glass mash cucumber & lemon slices slightly with a wooden masher
