This easy cheesy burger is different from those but if you want to try something different and something delicious then you are right place. Not only that you can say this an instant veggie burger recipe what you can make anytime and seriously it’s nothing but yummm.. yummm… 🙂Â
Sorry I was enjoying my burger. I just wanted to say, it is just awesome. If you can make traditional cheesy veg burger then you must realized that whenever you do plan to  make veg burger, you just had to drop plan just because of lack of time or ingredients.

But here you are free to add your favorite vegetable and can have your burger withing 30 minutes only. Spices used here are very  common items in every Indian households.
- Tomato / tamatar - 1 large size
- Onion / pyaz - 1 medium size
- Capsicum - ½ small size
- Potato - 1 medium size
- Ginger / adrak - 1.5 tsp (paste)
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - as needed
- Bread / pav - 2 pieces
- Butter - 2 tsp
- Cheese - 50 gm
- Boil potato and mashed
- Blend raw tomato to make puree
- Heat oil in a cooking pan and add chopped onion and fry till color turns to brown
- Now add ginger paste, cumin, turmeric, coriander, red chili powder & salt and mix well
- Add tomato puree & finely chopped capsicum and stir well and add soy sauce too
- Now cook till gravy releases oil, now add mashed potato and mix all ingredients properly
- Mash all ingredients together to make thick gravy, now your veggie is ready
- Cut bread horizontally and now add cheese on one side and veggie on another side
- Now bring two parts together and place in in oven for 2 minutes (optional)
- Take veggie burger out of oven to separate bread pieces and spread some finely chopped raw onion & tomato over veggie
- Now bring two parts together and serve hot
