So if you consider it as just a children’s’ favorite then you are actually making a mistake. Cheese Maggi

As I said, sometimes Maggi even becomes a weapon to survive, haha. Imagine you are staying alone in another city and you simply do not have anything to cook or even sometimes you may feel not willing to make anything to eat. In such situation, it is probably only one option what you can make it immediately and eat. Many people even do a lot of experiment with those noodles in such situation, haha. Sometimes they try to add some spices, vegetables, non-veg item, or any other item like cheese etc. I believe many of you definitely have gone through such situation. Did you ever try cheese Maggi? It is simply awesome. Cheese lovers will definitely try this cheese Maggi if they did not try similar one in recent past. If you even have tried any kind of cheesy Maggi in recent past, then also I will say you to try this version of cheesy Maggi. It is simple & delicious too.

To make cheesy Maggi dish, you need garlic, green chillies, carrot, fresh cream (optional), cheese, little water and of-course Maggi noodles & Maggi masala. This is really undoubtedly mouth watering & so creamy & cheesy. Cheese lovers will definitely like this. Though you can add some fresher seasonal vegetables but if you want to enjoy the cheesy flavor then avoid adding too many vegetables to this cheesy Maggi dish. That is why I have only added little carrot which is nowadays easily available throughout the year and that too cut into thin & long slices.

Actually, yummy-cheese is something that can make anything mouth-watering. If you are a true cheese-lover then you will definitely admit this. But in case it is added to something what we already like then it would be really just ymmmm…. ymmmmm.. Nothing else.

As I said sometimes cheesy Maggi becomes survival weapon. In this regard, I can remember something to share here. It was 2010 and I was in Delhi living alone, cooking some non-vegetarian item and simultaneously watching a movie on my laptop. Now I can not remember which movie that was but I was enjoying it a lot and completely forgot about chicken, suddenly after 10-15 minutes, I realized when I got a smoky smell from the kitchen. I rushed to the kitchen and found that chicken was almost burnt and by that point, it was 11 o’clock night and I could not even order any food. So I had no other option except making yummy cheesy Maggi. Then I washed chicken pieces in tap-water, removed burnt particles and finally ate my dinner, haha. It was not a happy moment but now whenever I remember those days, I laugh.
