Actually, chole bhature lovers do not need any occasion, the morning starts with a plate of chole bhature means it is the happiest morning. Many people travel a long distance to get the best chole bhature in the city. I also did the same when I was living in Delhi.
2. Aloo paratha, Curd/raita & pickle
Make the Diwali morning is the happiest one with aloo paratha along with curd/raita & pickle. Though there are many types of paratha available in North Indian Indian cuisine, but aloo paratha is something that can be prepared at any time throughout the year because potatoes are always available in any Indian kitchen. Secondly, it is something that every paratha lover will enjoy. But not everybody loves gobi paratha or mooli paratha. Do you?
3. Luchi/Poori & Aloo sabji
Luchi/puri are popular breakfast food in various regions across the country. Bengalis love luchi & aloor dum. Whereas North Indian people enjoy poori along with rasiley aloo a lot in the morning. There are many other wonderful side dishes to have with poori/luchi. Those are aloo gobi dry, spicy veg Kolhapuri, awesome paneer jalfrezi etc.
4. Matar kulcha
This is another mouthwatering dish what I love to have for breakfast or meal or even tiffin (light meal). Though normally it is said as chole kulcha but in most street food stalls, they sell matar along with kulcha. I used to have it for not just breakfast but also lunch too. I love the taste and the way it is prepared by street food vendors. They extra boiled peas make it super enjoyable.
5. Kachori & aloo sabji
Who does not love kachori with sabji? You? I think you also love it, actually, foodies never avoid it. This awesome food can make Diwali morning happiest. So you can make kachori at home or buy it from the local store and enjoy your Diwali.
