Unlike any other raita, I prefer the sweet version of banana raita. I do not prefer red chilli powder or black pepper powder in this dish. It is not so popular one because it does not belong to the conventional yogurt based hot & spicy type of raita.
As it is not so spicy & no chilli is added here, so you can have this as a side dish along with your meal as well as a breakfast food.
You will not normally get this banana raita at a restaurant in your city. So if you want to try this then you may need to make this yourself at home. The morning starts with this awesome banana raita will make you happy and feel energetic throughout the day.

It becomes more joyful when you use your own homegrown banana to make this. But people who are living in an urban area and do not have a garden to grow banana, they can not get involved in such activities but all blessed people who have the banana tree at their own place can understand how joyful it is. Throughout the year you can have bananas, banana blossom/flower (mocha in Bengali), banana stem (thor in Bengali) from time to time. You can even use green colored large size banana leaves whenever you want throughout the day and fulfil your need (for serving food, making some traditional dishes). Banana plant can even use for the beautification of your garden. I have a small banana tree forest within 60 square feet area.
